PayPal international shipments:  Paypal is a secure payment system for international sales. With Paypal you can pay with credit cards or bank accounts. Once your order is shipped, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can make the payment. Payment is traceable. You can track the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Sintercarbo sa  does not receive your credit card number (it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use. When you place an order with Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.

 We deliver to most worldwide locations including US, please fill your zip code to check out if your area is available for shipping . If it does not match contact us inmediately, our team should be able to help you out.  

All orders are processed within 1 business day. We pack and ship immediately and have your shipment on its way as quickly as possible, usually 5-10 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, SINTERCARBO SA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Orders are shipped by DHL Worldwide express. Within 1 business day from the date your order was placed (shipped), you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. Make sure to check all inboxes including your  spam folder. If you do not receive such email within 2 business days, please contact [email protected].   If you just checked the tracking number but does not show the exact location of the package is because the given carrier does not provide real-time tracking of the shipment.

Please note that we are unable to make changes to the shipping address after shipping has begun. Please notify us of any requests for modifications no later than one day after you have placed your order. Delivery times are stimates, it can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries, Sintercarbo sa is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carries or customs clearance. 

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.

At SINTERCARBO SA we want our customers to enjoy anunforgettable shopping experience, therefore our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase. As part of the experience, we know that sometimes we will not be able to meet all your expectations, so we offer you returns and refunds of services that will allow you to continue shopping with us. Please note that direct unilateral exchange of products is not possible due to
limitations in the ordering platform, and we do not have the right to ship products on
our own initiative.

Those items for shipment to countries internationally may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees, the clearance of merchandise, and the process and remittal of the actual Import Fees for such items.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms of Service of the sintercarbo sa website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier.

When ordering from Sintercarbo sa, you (The Buyer) are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, such as duties or duties imposed by the destination country.

Please note the following:

  1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For more information please send us an email;
  2. Customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country. You need to check your local customs laws and tell us about your requirements after ordering;
  3. Where customs clearance procedures are required, this will cause a delay beyond the original estimated delivery time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

     Please check with your local customs office if you have any questions about your local or international import laws prior to placing your order. You can also contact DHL local Office for legal advice.  We are not responsible for orders confiscated by legal authorities of your country or state.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SINTERCARBO SA, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
